Birde is the world’s first smart media player specifically designed for preschool aged children allowing children to independently play audiobooks, music and video content safely.

Birde is made up of three key elements – the blue or purple speaker console, hexagonal shaped Birde content Seeds (music, video or audiobooks) and our TV and mobile apps. Kids simply tap the Birde Seed on the console and the music plays. Our mobile apps will allow parents to adjust volume, choose more conten to buy, and monitor the account. If a supported Smart TV or streaming device is paired with your account, video can be streamed directly to your TV. Birde doesn’t allow children to access the internet or harmful content. Parents and children can enjoy stories, music and more from characters that they know and love such from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Nickelodeon, StoryBots, Dinosnores, Monster Entertainment and many more. Birde has launched in Australia and New Zealand and will launch in the US, Canada, UK and South East Asia in 2019.

“We are very excited to be able to partner with TechUp and present Birde to the global market as part of CES 2019. Birde is perfectly positioned to launch as part of the new product to showcase at CES Kids and Family.” Jack Lord, CEO and co-founder of Birde
