Grounds for a legal claim?

The Nerf Super Soaker Hydro Frenzy water blaster has two tubes and an adjustable nozzle to change the way the water blasts from the tubes – Blast 2 parallel streams, pull back the nozzle halfway for 2 wide-blasting streams, or,  pull the nozzle all the way back for 2 twisting streams that send water flying in all directions. £17.99 at amazon.

You’ll have to have a very active imagination to see this one.
