Wearers of the latest line-up of Marvel Morphsuits can add some extra clout to their costume with the inclusion of themed smartphone effects and augmented reality features.

To bring the costumes to life, budding super heroes can slot their iOS or Android devices into a specially engineered slot. Then, via the new Morphsuits app, a whole range of character-based animations are available.

The costumes also have augmented reality sensors which unleash super powers when viewing the wearer through a smartphone or tablet.

Effects include web-slinging swag for Spider-Man or Adamantium claw action for Wolverine. You get the idea.
