ITV axes You’ve been Framed

A simple enough premise, pay people to send in clips of them (and their pets and kids) doing daft stuff,  get it narrated by Harry Hill and stick the clips into several broad categories – Job done. Well, ITV don’t fancy doing it any more, citing it has become a victim of social media and smart phones, but surely this type of telly is cheap as chips to make? We think Channel5 might give it a shot, and are still a little perplexed as to why ITV did you can it? You’ve so many TV channels that surely need filling with content or are we just in for more bickering couples on far flung Island style content?

And 80’s version of the TV show in board game guise complete with a video to play along with – now if we couple only find a VCR to play it on we might bid on eBay
