Frozen slips to second spot

Ah how we miss the relentless tuneful tones of youngsters singing “let it go, let it gooooo” at every opportunity, those sweet lyrics fading away from every day/hour/minute of ones life are, in some part, responsible for the demise of licences toys of the Frozen variety too. It’ll be no surprise that the usurper of said licence, shoving it into 2nd spot is Minions. figures from global information powerhouse, The NPD Group, tell us the yellow fellas managed to move Frozen from top slot, a space it occupied since 2014. The data we’ve seen shows Star Wars sitting in 3rd spot, anyone fancy a wager that after the 7th instalment of the film later this year that it won;t not only take the honours but stay put on the highest podium for some time.
