The Oldies are Still Goldies!

OnBuy.com have surveyed 1,763 children aged 4 to 12 in order to see how 80s and 90s toys would fare when compared to today’s cavalcade of Hatchimals, slime and unicorns.

The kids were asked to pick three toys out of a total 40, with an even split between current toys and older ones. Overall, old-school toys made up just over 70% of the final pool of picked toys, check it out:

The most interesting take away from this is that around 70% of the age bracket picked the older toys when asked to select the ideal Christmas gift. The Snugglebums would be the preferred Christmas gift of up to 80% of 4 to 6-year olds today! I bet you didn’t think you’d see good news for the Snugglebums in today’s news, did you?
